Child and Youth Counselling

What is child and youth counselling?

Child and youth counselling provides a safe and supportive space where children and youth can express themselves, work through challenges, and build confidence. Using age-appropriate approaches, we help children and teens understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of navigating school, friendships, and family life.

Support We Offer

We support children and youth dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, stress, social difficulties, school pressures, and major life transitions. Our approach blends therapeutic tools with play-based and developmentally appropriate strategies to ensure each child or youth feels comfortable, understood, and supported.

What to expect?

Our first session involves meeting with you and your child to understand their concerns, history, and goals. We then develop an individualized plan that may include play-based strategies, talk therapy, creative expression, or practical skill-building. Regular check-ins with parents ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
